Really not all that much to get excited about. The reason her top fell down was that she doesn't have all that big of a bust. She has a nice firm shape, for sure. But a strapless gown isn't going to stay up on her unless she gets some plastic (silicone) implanted in her chest - and then I wouldn't much like it, preferring instead all natural breasts.
