If you are wondering how Jessica got bikini ready in 4 month after giving birth to Honor Marie, then try and follow the same diet/exercise plan as Jessica herself. According to Jessica’s trainer she got those results by “healthy eating, not trendy diets and regular work outs were the key to lose all the baby fat.” He told E! News that Alba’s diet consist of the following:
Breakfast:
- Oat Meal
- Turkey Bacon
- Egg Whites
Lunch:
- Fish
- Salad
Dinner:
- Brown Rice
- Chicken
Snacks:
- Fruit
- Almonds
- Cheese
Exercise: (6 days a week)
- 20 Minutes of cardio
- 25 Minutes of core exercises
- 15 Minutes of chest press & lunges

What a beauty to behold!
Starring the gorgeous Jessica Alba and Mike Meyers in a completely ridiculous and forgettable film. Jessica Alba is the only reason to even remotely rent or watch this film, IMO.
