Actress Leighton Meester got a helping hand while on the set of "Gossip Girl" filming in NYC. As a light rain fell Meester, who wore a trendy tan jumper with gladiator sandals and a belt that accentuated her small waistline, had one of the crew hold an umbrella for her while walking with a bodyguard in between takes on the set of the hit CW teen drama TV series. Co-star Jessica Szohr also walked with Meester at one point and wore large curlers in her hair. New York, NY. 07/13/10
